Not very often, maybe an update every 1.5 months or so, cycling through Nik>Will>Cliff>Murdoch. So probably another 3 months before another Will update.
I know we just got an update 20 days ago but does anyone know when the next one will be is it usually every 3 months? Also I know Nik's route will be next afterwards is it Murdoch or William. Love Will's route but Murdoch's cliffhanger was wild I can't wait.😭
Man… this one hits hard! No kidding, with the adult theme. If you want to know, it has a psychological horror to it. But also a normal life event that has happened in real life. I have seen these scenarios even on my family… Be careful when going in this game without some mental preparation.
Give the game a try if you have seen some similar game that have relationships that are messed up like these. I can say that it is worth the time to see perspectives with an open mind in this one.

Per route as of: Build 19
William: I started with this route, but saw what this had its hits on slavery, and having a family that you had no love to. This poor fella is messed up. And even though it is hard to see this route, I saw some perspective of the character, and thank you for that. He is kinda a slave in his work but dutiful when he needs to be, but sometimes he breaks.
Murdoch: Second time playing the game, first time on the route. A family of riches that forces marriage and abuse. I can see that happening because it is a normal event, but man, I did not expect to see him be abused like that. I actually feel bad more for this character than William… I love the coyote, but he has a better life than this fella.
NewNikolai: Third time playing the game, first time on the route. Wow, this dynamic of friends become lover I have seen in other VN´s for a while. And I can say that this one did not disappoint, we know more of the characters while they are slowly introduced to us. Nikolai is… well, kinda can’t point out how he is… I guess reserved but also kind for worrying about Sam. I know he cares a lot for Sam, but I see that he also loves Sam. (if we pick this route, of course.) I enjoy the interactions of the characters but… I feel… is hard to say, it feels conflicting stuff in the way he acts. For now, I can’t grasp completely how he is… compared to the previous ones.
Not only that, but I will continue the review after finishing the rest of the routes. It is not a full review is just my opinion so far, I’m not going through everything right now just some of it.
I have a quick question, Nik's route will still be getting updated, yes? I'm already shaking from that..thing you see. But i wanted to know it his route is done, or still getting work done on it.
I have good news for you, it is confirmed that TSR will have good endings, although what does it mean in this case is unknown. I will probably cry anyway ;)
I don't know how you pulled it off but this game's story is absolutely perfect; It manages to make me laugh, cry, be horny, and be scared shitless all at once and it just blends together so well.
My biggest wish since I started reading this amazing story (regardless of the route) was fulfilled in this build 19. In my dreams it would be william instead of cliff in the animated video, but it was just perfect anyway. Thank you creators. Every second was perfect. It thrilled me.
Build 19 has to be my favorite update so far. The short music video, the music, the new UI, the plot. I didn't expect the perspective to change so quickly. It's safe to assume this will be a continuing trend within the other routes as well. I do miss Samuel's monologues because his commentary always had that pessimistic vibe to it.
Props off to the music video, it was so frickennnn adorable and catchy. Seriously, I don't think I've ever fangirled this hard before.
Cliff's route is currently setting itself up from what I read. The town's clergy, the townsfolk, Jeb's suspicion on the town, the atmosphere, everything was pretty good.
10/10! The wait was well worth it. See you guys next time when Arches Build 5 releases to the publc.
Some errors I found: On William's route, closing the notebook causes an error regarding the previous music volume, and on Nik's route, the red tracing overlay for the map don't really work, I think it's something to do with the image's format
Just found a bug in this new version. Everytime I open the notebook on Williams route and close it. The error message a exception has occurred popped up. Just thought I'd mention it

[MAJOR SPOILER WARNINGS FOR BUILD 19 BELOW]
A Brief Summary:
This build (in my playthrough) proceeds the Cliff/Murdoch/Sam intercourse scene, picking up with the trio finishing up their bath and overhearing Avery and Jeb talking to each other, it's been quite a while since they've seen each other, I believe this is romantical in nature, and like the trio were up for some more explicit activities while bathing. Causing Murdoch to shout if anyone is there, in which Avery and Jeb present themselves and say that they were going to bathe. Then the trio heads back to camp to see Ed with a horribly-untuned guitar and which Murdoch proceeds to tune the guitar and play a song, which results in my favorite part of the build, an animatic with music reminiscent of hoedown/square-dancing, this concludes Clifford: Chapter II. Thus begins Clifford: Chapter III, starting right off with the past and perspective of Cornelis van Houwelinck (Clifford Tibbits), speaking to his grandfather while painting, they talk about how things has significantly changed after his mother's passing. Proceeding this, Cliff wakes up beside a naked Sam, and Murdoch who is outside of the tent urges them to get up. [In my playthrough], Cliff discovers Sam's has taken the map that Avery lent and questions him about it. Sam, obviously startled asks Cliff not to tell Avery about what has happened, Cliff obliges while monologuing his doubts and how he will have to think long and hard on his decisions about Sam and the map later. The build shortly ends after arriving in the Meseta settlement, to suspect quiet and even more suspect introduction of Reverend Caldwell (Clifford's contact).
Thoughts & Opinions:
I really enjoyed this build personally and I think it's one of my favorite builds to be released for The Smoke Room yet. It was on the short side, but the payoff was definitely worth it. Especially the animatic, (correct me if I'm wrong), I believe this was animated by @ShtarFish and huge shout outs towards him and the rest of EchoProject for bringing this build all together, it's a wonderful, sorrowful read as always, I love all the work y'all put into these builds. I love the new HUD we have for the VN now, it adds a whole new flavor to the experience. I was expecting another perspective change after 'And They Tell Me You Are Brutal' but didn't quite expect to see another one so soon. While I love reading over Sam's monologuing and his overall loner, self-depreciating personality, I like the change of pace the perspective changes do, gives us more background on Cliff's thoughts and ideals. I hope we get more animatics in future builds, but that is just my propitious wish towards things. It takes a long time for such things, and this one in particular is special enough so it's enough to be sated.
This was the shit...in a good way. The beginning was a little confusing (probably because i was playing at night after having worked a 12 hour shift) but i fell in love with the characters. Easy 9 out of 10 for me. I will admit I wish there was more sexual content involved especially considering the main characters job, but I'm a pervert. I can never have enough of the sex stuff lol. Point is, awesome game.
Ive been having issues installing the android version since .16. I have more than enough space a bit less than a tb And deleting the whole app and reinstalling doesnt help can someone help me please?
I just need to know if this game its complete? I play the Nik route but men idk of this the true route or im missing sometimg or i just need to play the other routes... anyone can help? Btw the history is so f word good! I llve it but i didnt know it has so many NSFW moments (i love it) but still nice and awesome!
