It would be nice if we had an in-game gallery to check out all the cg art. I know we can just look in the image files but ya know.... it would look neat and presentable.
You managed to create a prequel, that, IMHO is superior to the original Echo novel in almost every aspect.
Playing and replaying the routes is super enjoyable, all of the characters leave an impression. Samuel, the MC is extremely likable, you can relate to him, but they managed to do that by writing Sam with a strong personality and interesting traits, he's not just an empty vessel for players to project onto.
Both the romanceable characters, the four main routes, and their supporting characters are extremely well-written. And the lore feels properly constructed, you guys did spend your time creating an interesting, complex, haunting, and, captivating story.

Must play it now and recommend it to everyone.
Edit: I'd personally love, love to see more from Yao, Jebediah, and Todd, they were amazing additions to the story and they improve the enjoyment of the routes by a lot. I really wish I was more articulated in English so I could compliment this vn better.
In Murdoch's Route in his question about dilution to half a quarter, shouldn't the correct answer be 700ml???
adding 100 would halve it (100ml solution/200ml total volume = 50%) adding 300 would quarter it (100ml suolution/400ml total volume = 25%) adding 700 would be half a quarter (100ml solution/800ml total volume = 12.5%)
can I ask you where this game have stored save files in Windows? Every time when I download new version there are my saves. Even I don't keep previous versions of the game.
Damn, ive played every route that i can and what i can say is i absolutely love the lore, about the echo. The cave, the girls, the monster, the mystery. Sure i like the romance, its more like a dessert than the lore im chasing.
Wait, i thought the game was finished. Damn. Oh well. Another game to wait for in a endless agony. Also, is there a posibility that Cynthia is going to be a romanceale character? I love Nik and Reed as much as the next guy but Cynthia is so cute and wholesome that I can't help but to fall in love of her.
No disappointment here. I'm happy to have her as a sisterly character, can't wait to see more of her in the future. Back in the day I played Echo thinking it was a strictly gay focused VN but dude, Jenna? Chef kiss with that girl's personality and her story in Route 64 was also good tho short, so i thought that you guys would make Cynthia romanceable as well.
Echo was (and still is) an amazing experience to me, horror and romance wise (thank you, echo project crew for feeding my most gruesome nightmares). Keep up the good work and take as much time as you need to finish The Smoke Room, I'll be here scratching lines on the wall like in cliche prison movies. Thanks for replying😁

Ok so i just figured something out which is absolutely brilliant of The Echo Project... Spoilers ahead.
So if you remember in carls route, back in Echo, when they were in a cabin they saw a bonfire, and people dancing and the same drumming that can be heard on cliffs route during the... wait for it... disagreement... and what was happening in carls route? a disagreement between the two ghosts... just another layer of lore and just overall story building that honestly cant get any better... but if they can think of that, im sure its going to get better...
I honestly didn't want to go through the rest of the routes after playing Nick's because I liked it so much that I wanted to keep it, uh, "special" for as long as I could. In the end I gave in and read through William's and oddly enough, now I seem to simp Todd lol.

No. This is an MLM game. The protagonist is gay. Happy you enjoy Cynthia as a character though. There is a lot more of her coming.

If you follow Cliff and Murdoch to the cabin you can see that is the same cabin of Carl's route and we see a type of ghost that probably is Jhon Begay

(Todd isn't the only good thing about his route, obviously, but to me he, for some reason, is the best part.)
