The first build is already so well written! Scipio is such a cutie and he hits close to home with being a polite, sweethearted Momma's boy. And his trauma complex is something that makes him extremely relatable, trauma being an excruciatingly serious topic, and it opens up numerous possibilities for growth and exploration.
And his relationship with Neferu is one to look forward to. Neferu's cool composure and clever badassery make him a great shoulder to lean on for poor Scipio. It'll be so gorgeous to see them together, and I can't imagine the tear jerking moments they'll have together, it'll be just as memorable as Marco and Amicus.
Speaking of Marco, I wonder how Earth will react to the Galaxias. Realizing there's alien life with advanced technology and mysterious godlike overlords such as The Parents. The US would be cautious no doubt but open to the idea, the UN as a whole would be a mess, especially as the Pox spreads. The political aspects of the Adastra/Galaxias Universe is compelling and open for exploration, this series is going places no doubt.
I can't wait for build 2! Scipio and Neferu's journey is only getting started, and I can't wait for Khemia's descriptions. I'm betting on a Combination of Dune and the Tau from Warhammer 40,000. Odd enough, the Khemian's remind me of the Tau, "acceptance" and "equality" of all creatures and incredibly advanced technology.

A very intriguing beginning, I expect from this part no less than from the first, the author is a genius. The only thing that confused me was how Amicus looks now, but I think that it is not that important and is done in order to draw attention to other characters of this vn, but Amicus will forever remain in my heart ;3
i can see the difference in character detail throughout both games like how amicus has his left arm on his side but now he has his right arm to his side
For the build updates, it's been released on patreon 3 days ago(apparently, due to unexpected change on day job schedule, they moved the released date of "Khemia 2" from November 20 to November 21-22 at Patreon), but still waiting for public release at Itch.io....
Marco can't.. well he still in quarantine after all, and also it's not time yet to return to Adastra, because he's not done on his mission on Earth (maybe he will be in new sequel, and also we can play as him again, after the final build of Khemia, that's what I hope) speaking of Alex and Cass I hope not....
Maybe in every scene, we can play both of them, well what meant is "switching" on every scene. That would absolutely incredible..
Or maybe they will give us options, for example:
"Play as Amicus"
"Play as Marco"
"Play as both of them"
(That just a examples of options, that I just thought, if they gonna put options like that on the next sequel we're Marco returned on Adastra, that would be great... If you ask me.
I don't see Cassius as a villain. He was more manipulated and deceived. He was an easy target for Cato because his father didn't cared about him. never forget than Cato tried to kill him after all.

Jesus Christ, Marco and one of the most unlucky characters that I have ever seen, was kidnapped, taken to a distant planet from home, treated as an inferior creature, went through several embarrassing situations, got sick and died, then was resuscitated and then died again (it looks like kuririn), forced to separate from his love for eight years, and even after all this he ended up with an extremely deadly disease for humans and placed in a quarantine unable to run after his mission, I honestly have sorry for him, I hope that one day he will reach a happy ending.

Yes, Khemia stands about three years after MC's departure to Earth and it seems he will not be in the game at all. For Neferu's relationship, what do you not understand ?
The player is Scipio. We saw him for the first time at the extreme end of Adastra. He's part of the diplomatic team, he's gay ( who isn't in that game ? :)) and suffers of PTSD since the riots.
is there a place where people can discuss lore elements of the story with spoilers like a discord channel or a group? I would love to discuss some extra elements of the whole universe where these VN are located
i swear if turns out that the parents are some huge ass manipulator and sweetened the pill to MC in order to make him work for them I am gonna cry cause it's probably all I could do in this context
