OK, so Interea takes place during Adastra (particularly those times when many months pass, because almost at the end of the game on lovers day, after Amicus and Marco "got intimate", the game suddenly went from Marco having quite a bit more time left on Adastra to barely a day left) There are obviously many more time-jumps throughout the game but I can't think of all of them now. Basically Interea takes place during those missing time gaps, correct?
I don't know about you guys. I'm not getting any hype on the new sprites. I'm not saying I don't like it, or hate it no no no. It's just that, it feels different, like they are different characters now. I got emotionally attached to the old ones which makes it really harder to get used to this new ones.
I was the same honestly... and still is.. ajdfhskjfkj I feel like he lost his goofiness and immaturity which is supposed to be true! considering he is emperor now but I just feel distant when going through the novel. I am still trying my hardest to see amicus in the new ones and sometime I can but most of the time I can't. I've been through interea a couple of times now with the new sprites in it (trying to get used to it) but nothing really changed.. can't really blame someone who got really attached to the old sprite. especially for those who just found out about interea after adastra.
The new sprite for Amicus should have only been used for Khemai. At least that storyline takes place three years after Adastra, which would explain the change in looks.
hello, would it be possible to put other languages than English, because unfortunately I do not understand all the dialogues because I am French and then it would be great for those who are interested in the game like me.

Malheureusement non, ce jeu n'est dispo qu'en Anglais. Sur certains autres jeux, des paramètres de langues peuvent être modifiés, mais c'est rare, souvent c'est compliqué à réaliser, et en plus la plupart du temps les seuls choix possibles sont Anglais/Japonais.
J'aurais aimé pouvoir te dire qu'un traducteur travaille actuellement sur une version française, mais ce n'est pas le cas. D'ailleurs, je ne sais même pas si c'est possible de s'inscrire en tant que traducteur.
Ma seule réponse? Avoir un traducteur à côté de toi (pas Google Trad, on connait tous son efficacité, mais plutôt DeepL ou WordReference) pour pouvoir comprendre tout en lisant. De cette façon, plus de problèmes de compréhension et pour améliorer ton Anglais, c'est le top ahah.

Well, that's a bold statement. Let me clear things up :).
When those people say "they prefer the old sprite" they don't mean it like they hate the new sprite or they prefer the old one because they prefer the visuals of it, but rather they prefer it because they are emotionally attached to it, if you know what that means.
Simply put it like this. you had your very first plush that was gifted to you 2 years ago for your birthday and within the course of those 2 years you built a strong connection with that plush and for your next birthday that will come in a few days, your parents/friends planned to get you a new plush, one that is very identical and much better looking than what you got 2 years ago. would you ever feel the same way towards the new one?
I came to a realization that these people are just afraid that those connection/feelings they once felt will be lost and they want to continue the story with those feelings intact that's why they want the old sprites because those are the ones that keep those feelings alive.
Sometimes we have to consider putting ourselves in others situation and try to understand them and not just think of what we think are the reasons why they act this way.
the annoying shit about this issue is it hasn't been stop ever since the changes were made. And since somebody who is kind and considerate enough to make something that would help the others, I just hope this issue will be demolished for good. I think it's a win-win situation both for the VN and the its readers.
Just so you know, I personally like the new sprites more than the old one because it is more accurate in the CG's. and I have learned to love the new one over time.

It's been my understanding that the changes were in part to make the sprite Amicus look more like the CG's Amicus. Personally it doesn't bother me either way, but the author must have felt there was a good reason to go through the trouble to remake all the sprites.
Let's not forget someone was paid to draw these new sprites, so changing them would be a lack of respect to the one who did it, I don't really think The Echo Project would be pleased to hear someone published another version of the game as it belongs to them, especially with edited files. As Dakyn said, they probably changed it for a reason. I understand you must feel emotionally attached to the all sprites, I am too and I prefer the old ones as well, but things should remain controlled by The Echo Project's decision x)

The parents seem like LITERAL PARENTS LUL, when our human was complaining I noticed that they seemed to respond in a way that they would to CHILDREN as any other colony would be called. And like any other parent, they are not perfect haha
Well to be accurate, in Adastra the Parents show us the moment when we are dying and ask if we wish to prevent this. This means they always intended for the MC to get his throat cut as the way to emotionally blackmail Amicus into submitting (not what I would consider "benevolent").
If the MC thought it through a bit more he would realize this, and realize that following the Parents orders doesn't mean he or others won't get hurt. It's just that the Parents get the results they wanted.
I believe they were desperate to get results, as their "future vision" is so clouded that they couldn't even prevent Marco of getting sick. Not perfect and not benevolent if the plan is crumbling like a cookie.

As a patron, I certainly enjoyed it and played through it several time. I certainly hope you will enjoy it, but it is a bummer that all the Echo projects will not be releasing this month and making non-patrons wait a bit longer.

I think it's the beginning of each month. Patron's usually get it 2 weeks earlier, but with Christmas and the holidays things may be a bit off. It should come out soon for non-patrons.

I've been wanting to make a video for some time now, but I don't know how or where to start. It all looks so overwhelming, but the passion and drive are still there, lying dormant. My only experience is with Windows 7 Video Editor (which is dead), and the Windows 10 version is inferior. Can you recommend me an editing software? Is the one you use easy to pick up? And what is it called/where can we download it?
what kind of windows do you have? I honestly did not use a computer for this edit. I used alight motion which is an application on the google play store It's an editor app. It's pretty hard to use tho. I have Oppo a92 8gb ram 248gbrm it works on lower spec devices too but not as good as higher ones but it works
I do have a recommendation. It's the one I use. it's kinda hard to learn at first but you have youtube. you'll manage. It's After effects. the latest version is much better but I have after effects 2020 and it still works fine

interea is part of what happens when your character in the first game finally gets to go exploring the cities of adastra.

This visual novel is not a sequel at all.
It's a companion novel to Adastra, focusing on the Moon Tour (in the game, this event is merely summed up in a few lines).

Until Interea is over that's for sure, then, who knows?
Interea is supposed to be 10 chapters if I recall correctly. It's doing a lot to set a foundation for Khemia and for character backgrounds.
And what chapter are they on now?
It's currently at Build 3, so chapter three.
Interea took 2 months for 1 build. So, maybe Khemia will be on hiatus for a year or 2 years.

It's a midquel, it takes place during a timeskip near the end when Marco and Amicus go on their trip.

Does anyone have an idea for how long until they release of the next sections of interea? Cause i am impatient for were it cuts off.
Not sure about Interea, but many VN usually release to patrons at the start of the month and then do a public release on the 15th of the month.

VN is Visual Novel. I personally don't consider this a game or dating simulator since we get very limited choices to affect the story.

Click in download of the place where you are gonna run it, if u want to play it on ur phone, download the apk one.
