The reason why you can't install it because Android 13 and above stopped supporting apps that doesn't have 64-bit libraries. Adastra's Final Release was built with somewhere I think 2019/2020 version of renpy and that version doesn't build APK with 64-bit libraries included, just 32-bit.

Because it won't force to install it. Even though my phone is Android 13. Please fix it.🙏
