If you're referring to the game ending after the fight, that's not Ending B. Ending B ends at the same place Ending A does and depends on what you select earlier in the game, however from what I could tell, you have to always submit to the parents.
I mean, up to interpretation but I guess you can say there are 3 endings, even though one just happens because you fucked up big time and the Parents are like "Oh well, thanks for trying, you can just sit in this void forever."
There are three questions throughout the game that determine your ending, with ending A being the result of answering at least 2/3 optimistically, and ending B being at least 2/3 pessimistic answers. I believe the important questions are (from memory):
What does death mean (Infinity A/Oblivion B)
Will Amicus be a good emperor (Yes A/No B)
Should Amicus talk more with Neferu (Yes A/ No B)
The option to refuse the parents' plan just leads to a bad end.
I feel like that one's less of an ending A vs ending B, and more of a good end/bad end situation, considering the point in the game it affects determines whether you live or die there.
Oh yeah, you have ending A and B where it's both the same event except the imformation you're given is different in each. One being how beautiful your life will be with Amicus, and the other being what you're exactly supposed to do on Earth.
And then you have THAT ending where you just die and float in space forever, waiting for Amicus. Aimlessly.
ive been here since version 7.0 and this vn is the only one to make me cry and make me feel pain from reading a story this is my first time that has happen to me and im glad it happened on such an adorable journey i cant wait for the khemian chapter to come out since i most likely will read all the way through that one too. keep up the work echo ^_^
First visual Nov ever to cause me to literally cry at least three times. The only games to ever make my cry have been Lost Odessey and Final Fantasy XV. This VN had me crying in bed, crying on the toilet, and then crying in my living room. Like, full on snot dripping cry with tears making a puddle on the floor. Cared so much for Amicus that the main character kept making me mad at how much he kept blue-balling him, but I still ended up SO PISSED during the scene with Amicus and Neferu. I was DONE with Amicus and Neferu SO bad. Then eventually I came around just like the main character did. Ended up wishing I could have been with both Amicus and Neferu at the same time lol!
All of the characters are really unique and have a lot of personality. They're also non-generic and have multiple layers of motivation, emotion, strengths and weaknesses. I also love how each child represented a culture on Earth. The Lore was VERY well put together. I wish I could find an Amicus or Neferu of my own lol.
Was so good I couldn't stop reading. There's a lot of action, romance, betrayal, unexpected twists, just so many different emotions going on throughout the whole story. I'm definitely left wanting so much more. There aren't many choices in this VN and I'm not sure if they even change the outcomes of anything, but either way this story was very long, had great composition from beginning to end and I just can't praise it enough. I hope there is more to come!

Adastra is actually a very good story. there are some sad moments in it, but it is NOTHING like what happens in Echo. There are maybe two or three scenes in the entire story that are upsetting. The rest of it is amazing. I highly recommend playing it.
So, I finished it, and holy heck. This had such an impact on me, wow. Thanks for the assurance. I saw another comment that read "I can't believe Amicus left me on Earth like that", and I'm relieved to learn that it was in a good way. I can't wait for Adastra II. I wonder if we'll play the protagonist more. I hope so...

There is what you would call a bad ending, which occurs when you are asked if you agree to submit yourself to the benevolent will of the parents. If you say no to this (and I would advise making a save at this spot) then later on after the fight between Cato and Amicus, something different happens.
The story is also slightly altered depending on your answer to three other questions in the game. Picking more A answers will lead to a certain scene in the late game playing out one way, and picking more B answers will lead to it playing the other way. These aren't the exact words to the questions, but I got this from MurlocMazta here on this page.

I... Am at a loss for words for how BEAUTIFUL and how GRAND this game is! Its so emotional! I cried at least 6 times reading it and is just a great experience overall! I LOVE IT Read it yourself is all i am going to say.
I have to admit, I've never played something so well done and so emotionally breathtaking. The story is so creative and yet extremely emotional, and the drawings are perfectly done. You sure gained a fan here.

I really felt guilty downloading this game with the initial thought of seeing this as an another source of hot and steamy story, but now...... It's like I'm back on feeeling what I felt after watching Brokeback Mountain and Burning Blue...... I stan you and thank you for being alibe and made this game!! ;-;

Since this game is still in development (i hope) i wish there are consequences after the ending, after 8 years of waiting MC and Amicus reunite again as fate destined. At least some passionate romantic sex scene after long time they apart (which is i wish it happened on the ship when Amicus has MC return to the earth) considering it's the last time they will see each other (not last though but very long time) which is make sense according to Amicus's carnal desire and love for MC.
The idea another spin off of human that has assigned mission to make alliance with Khemian and designed to meet and create an impassioned love story with Neferu is appealing too.
On the mission of MC i personally imagine it would thrill somehow, like an undercover emissary on the mission to sync the Earth to the Galaxias system .(which is legitimately actions to do so by the Parent's will but need to be surreptitious because of consequences)
Dear Author, this VN game is really superfine piece of work, personally it's not only gave me enjoyment but it gave a lot of perceptive of many things; differences, equality and perceptive of unconditional love. I really appreciated your work, i thank you very much for create such an amazing story and fasinated content.
Despite the ending i still wish to see more of story that might reveal a lot more interesting, complatcent, fascinated moments even though it requires a lot of hardship and time so if it might end here i'm still very impressed by stories, I wish you a healthy condition and may happiness bless you always.

I hope there's a sequel where another human helps the MC with his quest and manage to travel to Khemia and starts his own adventures there with Neferu. I think everyone wants more of him xD
It's been a while since any story had gotten me to tear up. I can't believe this game got me to cry. Your VNs are amazing, whether the intention is to attach the player to characters or terrify them you never fail to do it. Can't wait for a sequel. If I had to guess, it'd have to do with the unnamed wolf at the end of the game and maybe it explores Neferu? Also there is a hint of horror in there, perhaps something that is to be explored later in the series?
Frankly, I've always been on the fence about furry stuff but your VNs already tilted me towards it. That's just how amazing your work is.

When the parents ask you if you will submit or not if you say "No" after the scene of amicus and Cato's fight you will get the Ending B
